I can get the creeps just picking the book up and not even open it.

Betty RA BPLAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-522319810296642659.post-2494239168866589002011-10-03T15:15:25.479-05:002011-10-03T15:15:25.479-05:00Zombies zombies and more zombies…The post apocalip...Zombies zombies and more zombies…The post apocaliptic tales of survivors fighting there family and friends who have turned into flesh eating monsters, nothing like that to get your heart racing.Josehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05448824213871958433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-522319810296642659.post-10369799975698348402011-10-03T14:57:11.877-05:002011-10-03T14:57:11.877-05:00Mike BPL REF

A Mystery" a
short story written in the
19th century by Fitz James
O'Brien, is one of the most
unnerving things I have ever
read. It concerns a man who
is attacked in his bed by an
invisible force and how he
tries to subdue it. And never
finds out how it came to him
or its purpose.Mikenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-522319810296642659.post-9845353619180469482011-10-03T14:32:57.263-05:002011-10-03T14:32:57.263-05:00I've read horror for so long that I'm jade...I've read horror for so long that I'm jaded. However, the books that still scare me are the ones with stories that are plausible or even probable. American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis is one of my favorites. Exquisite Corpse by Poppy Z Brite is also high on my list of scariest of all time. I also like the early Stephen King novels that steer clear of the supernatural. The Shining is probably the best of these.John BPL RAnoreply@blogger.com
