Patron Driven Acquisitions came to Chicago Public Library (CPL) in 2013 with a grant from the Illinois State Library and on a scale previously unseen in public libraries. We'll explore the development, implementation, evolution, and assessment of this project; learn how CPL is using it to connect millions of users across Illinois with thousands of previously unavailable resources; and explore its broad applicability for all public libraries.
