Webcast: Did You Hear That? It’s the Exploding World of Audiobooks and Listeners’ Advisory

Description:

Listening to audiobooks has never been easier, but do your library patrons know that? With nearly 26,000 titles published in 2014, listeners have never had so many options to choose from or to confuse them. Librarians too must decide which formats and titles are best for their collections. While revealing the results of a newly commissioned, comprehensive nation-wide survey focusing on public library audiobook collections and patron usage patterns, our expert panel of listeners’ advisory librarians and audiobook industry experts will demystify trends and issues as well as offer resources and strategies for creating an engaging and responsive audiobook collection for your library.

Date: Wednesday, March 23
