RA for All Roadshow: RA Rethink at Evergreen Park [IL] Public Library

Good morning everyone, but especially Evergreen Park. Today I will be presenting my RA Rethink program to start off their day of in-service training.

Evergreen Park Public Library is a library that has been committed to improving their service to leisure readers for awhile now. They have made RA a central tenet of everything done by all staff. As a result, they are the perfect audience for this intermediate RA training.

But for now, it’s time to start looking at our RA Service with fresh eyes. Let’s get to rethinking Evergreen Park.
