RA for All Roadshow Visits Reaching Forward

Today you can find me at the Donald E Stephens Convention center in Rosemont, IL for the Reaching Forward Illinois Library Association conference which is geared toward library support staff. This is one of my favorite conferences to be at because it is so inclusive. All library staff are welcome and non degreed staff especially are the focus.

I used to either volunteer to drive a van full of staff from my library to this conference or work a double shift so as many support staff as possible could attend. It was always worth it as they came back energized and full of new ideas.

I am part of the team running the joint ARRT-Library Reads Booth and I am presenting twice.

If you are there, stop by the booth and say hi, get some swag, find me at lunch, or better yet, come to one of my presentations which are described below and include links to the slides if you click on the title of the presentation or go to the conference schedule site and search "Spratford."
