Today I am virtually visiting the Norwalk Public Library for my signature talk-- RA for All: Flip the Script and Think Like A Reader.
I cannot stress enough how much this program has changed for the BETTER because of the pandemic, both how I present it virtually and what I have to say.
This training presents my unique brand of RA Service and gets your staff involved and invested, no matter where they fall on the organizational chart or what their job title is. Literally ALL staff members.
