RA for All Roadshow Visits ILA’s Reaching Forward Conference

Today I am presenting a completely revamped version of my Booktalking Program at Reaching Forward the Illinois Library Association’s professional development conference for library staff.

Here is the link to my slides for everyone to follow along at home. The link is also on the conference website for attendees. I make this presentation pretty text heavy and it has lots of links so that even those who cannot see me present can take something away from it.

I have also changed the title as you can see here:

Click through and see for yourself how you can booktalk your way to the friendliest library.

When I am not speaking, you can also come find me at the ARRT booth as we are exhibitors for the first time ever. A few of us will be there to talk about the benefits of joining the Adult Reading Round Table for non-professional library staff and we will have coasters, notebooks, and candy to give away.

Happy Friday.
