Recent Historical Novels Worth a Look

This week, RA Online had this list if Historical Novels from the last few years. If you are looking for a good book you may have missed, click on through.

In general, we have had great luck with creating displays like this. People love to see displays of good books they may have missed, both because they may have missed them or because it was a book they meant to read, but have since forgotten about.

I have said it here many times before... as much as we think patrons only want to newest books, if we make the effort to remind them of the gems already sitting on the shelves, they will find some great reads. Our job is to train them to know where to look for a good read. Recent books you may have missed is a great marketing tool to accomplish this.
