Year's Top Library Stories

Still not officially back to work yet, but I wanted to pass on this article from PW.  It lists the top ten library related stories from 2013.

As we begin a new year, it is important not only to abstractly reflect upon the year we just completed, but it is also important to to take hard look at what literally happened and how it did and will continue to effect our careers in the library world.

This article lists the top stories and then has a nice description of each with analysis as to what happened and how it could play out in the coming year(s).  If nothing else, before you get too entrenched in 2014, take a moment to look through this useful year in review.
