Library Journal Best Books 2020

The Best Books lists are going to start coming even faster now. Today it's Library Journal. Click here for the 2020 Best Books portal. And below for access to each list. I was part of the Horror list and let me tell you, building that one was super fun this year. Head on over to the horror blog to read more from me about that list, but in summary, I am super proud of the list and the teamwork it took to build it.

But back to the entire list. Library Journal uses a committee selection system, asking the experts in each subject area to make the list for that category. I appreciate their willingness to have the correct people picking the books for each category both as a member of one of those committees but also as a library worker. These lists [below] are easy to use when helping patrons and completely trustworthy. You can count of these titles to be a great suggestion. You may quibble with the titles that were left out, but you cannot argue with the titles that are here.
