Best Fiction of the 00's?

How about this to get a discussion going? The Millions has posted what they believe are the 20 best novels of this decade, the first of the Millennium so far.

I for one think there needs to be something by Jonathan Safran Foer and/or Michael Chabon there. But I really can't argue with anything that has been included except to say it is a very Western oriented list.
