- Book Movement posts a weekly list of "Book Club Bestsellers." It is based data from almost 32,000 book clubs! I need to use this site more in my work with book clubs.
- Book Page has this interview with Louise Penny, mystery writer extraordinaire. Click here for any posts where I have mentioned Penny. Also, for those of you with access to NoveList, you can read the author description I wrote for her.
- Graphic Novel Reporter has their Fall 2011 reading list is out. In the spirit of this blog, they have suggestions "for all" age groups.
- Now Amazon is trying to put libraries out of business by starting a book rental service. Um, potential customers...I can give you all the books you want to "rent" for the cost of the taxes you are already paying. I'm just saying. Oh well, just another reason to visit your favorite local book store instead of shopping on Amazon.
