When Sadie Hartmann was working on her now Bram Stoker Award Nominated book, 101 Horror Books to Read Before You're Murdered, I suggested she take a look at NoveList. As a professional reader and huge library user, Hartmann had never heard of NoveList; however, once she started using her library card to begin exploring, she could not stop.
Now she is one of the database's biggest fans on social media, introducing younger readers to the resource, directing them to their public libraries to find even more assistance as they look for their next good read.
Recently, Yaika Sabat, Manager of Readers' Services over at NoveList, caught up with Hartmann to talk about her book and how she uses and promotes NoveList.
This interview is a great reminder about how doing a little promotion about your databases can lead to happy patrons.
Below is the introduction to the interview and a link to keep reading.

When I came across Sadie Hartmann's Instagram account, I loved her posts. I’ve been following her work ever since. Recently, she posted a Reel all about NoveList Plus, and the NoveList team knew we wanted to chat with her.
